The NetworkArt team is excited to announce the SupportVantage Network Equipment Manufacturer (NEM) Edition (Release Mount Seymour – 1.1.18) Beta Program.
This Beta program is planned for start on May 10, 2017 and the planned duration is for 3 weeks. The Beta program is open to engineers and personnel in the Services, Technical Assistance Center (TAC) / Customer Support, Sustenance and Research & Development functions in NEM organizations. This program allows participants to help shape the direction, roadmap, documentation, features and functionality of SupportVantage. Feedback and inputs gathered from this program shall be incorporated in the General Availability release (Mount Lincoln) that is planned post beta.
We request all interested participants to sign up for the beta program. Access to beta sign up form requires a sign in to the NetworkArt website. Please register to the NetworkArt website here(https://www.networkart.com/register/). A private community of all registered participants shall be created prior to the start of the beta program. This private community shall have access to the software, product documentation, guides and discussion forum. Software can be downloaded, installed and used in your environments. This will help us understand your environments and usage scenarios. The feedback you provide will enable us to deliver a solution that helps you solve customer reported issues efficiently.
